________________________________________Yeah unfortunately I have tried all this. First i did it myself and then followed the instructions the Mobile Me support team have sent me but no joy. I am currently waiting for a reply from Mobile Me support as the engineers are now looking into this problem. I have sent them some data from tests I have run to help them correct the problem. So just got to wait. But good to know you got yours sorted out.
1. Sync your iPhone via USB to iTunes.
2. Turn Off Your iPhone.
3. Wait 30 seconds and turn it back on.
4. Tap on "Settings" icon
5. Tap on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"
6. Locate your Mobile Me Account
7. NOW THIS STEP IS CRUCIAL!!! Make sure that under the MM account name it looks exactly like this: Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks
8. If it DOES NOT HAVE ALL OF THESE ITEMS LISTED your MM WILL NOT SYNC correctly.
9. Follow this simple fix: DELETE THE MOBILE ME or .MAC Account on the
iPhone.
10. Once Complete TURN OFF YOUR IPHONE AGAIN.
11. Wait 30 Seconds and TURN BACK ON
12. Tap on "Settings"
13. Tap on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"
14. Tap on "Add Account"
15. Re-Ad you Mobile Me Account
16. Make sure your "Fetch New Data" icon is set to "Push"
17. Once you enter all the info in for your Mobile Me Account SAVE it
18. Mobile Me will run the verification
19. Now tap on your NEWLY ADDED MOBILE ME ACCOUNT
20. Make sure that Mail, Contacts, Calendars and Bookmarks are all set to "ON"
21. Mobile Me will do the initial "CLOUD" sync May take up to 5 minutes
22. Everything will begin to work. Try adding a contact on your iPhone or update your iPhone Calendar. Within 1 minute your Mobile Me On-Line Account and Desktop Contacts and iCal Calendars will update.

Hi all...
I was having the same issue, only I was also using "Spanning Sync" to sync my iCal calendar to a Google calendar a number of us Product Mangers use. I sought out help from Mobile Me support only to led in a circle that kept referring me back to the support section of the website. I also tried just about every solution listed here and on other sites and had no luck at all. ANYWAY, I turned to Spanning Sync for council and within a day I was back up and running. The problem is (or at least MY problem was) corrupt iCal data. The first round of fixes the suggested was more of the same thing I've read here. I'll list all the suggestions, then highlight what ultimately worked for me.
-------------------------------------
The report shows that you have some data corruption. You should be able to resolve this by resetting Sync Services:
* Open iSync (in /Applications)
* Go to preferences
* Click Reset Sync History
* Try syncing again
If that fails to resolve the issue, try replacing the database:
* If you haven't done so lately, make a backup of your iCal calendars (iCal File menu > Back up iCal)
* Quit out of all open programs
* Make sure that nothing is syncing (Spanning Sync, .Mac, iSync)
* Move these two folders to the trash:
~/Library/Application Support/SyncServices (~ refers to your home directory)
~Library/Application Support/iSync/SyncLocalCopy (~ refers to your home directory)
* Restart
* Open iCal and give it a few minutes to write out the new database
Please let us know if that doesn't address the problem or you have other questions.
----------------------------------------------------
That didn't work in my case, so I ran another report (contained within the Spanning Sync Application) and sent it to them a second time. What they suggested next fixed the problem for me.
I'm still seeing the same errors in the new report. Lets try clearing your calendar cache:
* Quit out of iCal if it's open
* Delete this file:
~/Library/Calendars/Calendar Cache
(~ refers to your home directory.)
* Delete the contents of this folder:
~/Library/Calendars/Calendar Sync Changes/
(~ refers to your home directory.)
* Open iCal
* Wait at least five minutes until *after* it finishes "Upgrading Calendars"
* Sync!
All that said, what ultimately solved my problem may have been a combination of all of the above, so to be safe, start at the top. It doesn't take that long. Be sure to make a back-up of iCal first to be safe.
Good luck!
I've been having the same problem (local ical not syncing with mobileMe, nor vice-versa). Tried the above steps, but no luck. Has anyone tried anything else. I've been dependent on local iCal to sync to my iPhone.
I'm not sure what broke mine, but my MacBook would not pull down appointments from MobileMe. Here is my fix, which wiped my MacBook's incomplete calendar and COMPLETELY replaced it with the MobileMe calendar. I think it accomplishes the same ends as kfresh, but more directly:I fixed my issue yesterday. I was fine on the cloud and on my iPhone but my MacBook Pro wasn't pulling from the cloud. I think Snow Leopard broke it.
Anyway, I logged out, entered an incorrect name and password for the login. Then put in my correct information the next time. You will get a message that talks about that user name being used previously. Say, use same name. Went under my synch preferences and just check iCal and checked synch automatically. Next it will say that since it's your first time you have a few options for the first synch. Use the option that says synch from this computer to Mobile Me (cloud). Since you will be doing this, make sure you have all the correct appointments on your computer because you are going to have to replace the cloud with these appointments. Worked like a charm and now Mobile Me is pushing and pulling just like it did previoulsly from SL.
