And personally, I think it's quite clunky looking -- more like iPod 1G rather than iPhone 1G.

The screen still looks smaller than the Treo. It might be a cool phone but no where near the "iPhone Killer" status of the LG Prada.
What's killer about the LG Prada? Just the name turns me off. (Not that Gigabyte is not yucky).
Looks nice to me, not fantastic, but nice - though I'd prefer it if it were all white, i.e. without the black band.

I think this phone is really, really ugly. The iPhone is just plain gorgeous, and it will sell like crazy.

Well, if people were not so vain about looks, they would realize that this phone supports 3 different digital TV standards (all the ones in use in Europe), 2 of which are free-to-air. All other phones I have seen support only one standard, many times being pay-TV.
It's the first phone to support DVB-T.
OK, I'm not vain about looks, and I'm looking at this objectively as I'm not totally convinced about the looks of the iPhone itself...
I really don't care about having TV on my phone; I can't think of a time where I would actually want to watch TV on the move. If I had an hour or so on the train (or whatever), I'd prefer to listen to some of 'my' music or watch an episode of my favourite programme / film... not day-time TV!
Even if you did prefer TV to a Video iPod, then I can't imagine the signal being perfect 100% of the time. It certainly isn't on so-called handheld TVs.
Sorry cube, don't mean to flame you, really; you have your opinion, and I'm sure you'll be happy with your Gigabyte, but I really think the title of your thread is inaccurate.
And hey, I'm still hoping for third party access and the development of EyeTV for iPhone
The iPhone is now lame and killed to me. I am not going to get it now (well I doubted I would get it if it's also locked in Europe). I'm not going to get the Gigabyte either as it runs on M$ software, and is not produced by a PHONE company. I'll just wait until the established players or Apple have these four things.
I'm still using a phone from 2000. First it was waiting for 3G+quadband, then for A2DP, now for DVB-T+DVB-H+T-DMB+DAB on a non-M$ phone.
BTW, T-DMB is free in Korea, this does not mean elsewhere. This makes the fact that it's the only phone supporting DVB-T even more important.
Does it have Wi-Fi, does it have iTunes support, does it even look good? No
As for TV support
1) I don't live in Europe so I wouldn't get the free ones
2) Even if I did I wouldn't use them that(maybe to play with)
It has WiFi b/g. It also has a microSD slot for the people complaining about memory.
I don't care about buying stuff from iTunes, so The Missing Sync would be enough.
There should be The Missing Sync for Symbian. I'm not sure there will be a Palm OS phone will all this first.

Well, that's great. Really. It does sound like a breakthrough phone.
But the iPhone is also a breakthrough phone, just in different ways: Multitouch; iPod + phone + 'Internet Communicator'; Visual Voicemail; to name just a few "revolutions" it introduces.
Obviously, personal preference plays a large role in which phone you think is better; but your argument is that the Gigabyte makes the iPhone look "lame". It simply does not
