Can anyone tell me how thick this case is when on the iPad? I want to order a sleeve and it either comes in a size to fit with the Apple Smart Cover or the Apple Keyboard Case. I'm not sure which thickness the Moko would be closer to.

After some of you pointed it out, I realized my Moko case was a little snug on one side around the camera. I can find NOTHING else I like for back protection online right now, so I did some surgery on the case. Just used the small blade on my swiss army knife and shaved down the inside of the cutout. I was also having issues with the home button cover not working, so I cut that out too.
It will do for now. I'd really rather have something nicer on the back, but there is just nothing out there.
