Hi all, I had the same problem, looks like installing the Beta version of Logi Options is fixing the issue.

Thanks! This is particularly frustrating for me - I get the double tap on my Apple Watch to say that my MacBook has been unlocked. It is especially annoying if I am sleeping. Switching the mouse off seems to fix it, but will try the beta software.

So far, the beta software does seem like a good improvement! Going to run it a bit longer on my personal Mac before installing on my work Mac though.
