I don't know about this bug but it appears to have fixed (2) other bugs on my end at least.

The voice memo bug. Tested recording a voice memo twice and both times they synced right away to my Mac without me having to reboot or log out of my account to get the voice memos to show up on the Mac.

The long delay in having a icon disappear from the screen after an eject.

After some brief testing I can confirm it does seem to have fixed the caps lock issue.
