Neat idea, but I don't have much interest in wireless charging. I charge my phone at night and that's it.

Through an online deal, I got another wireless charging stand for $6 bucks. I get to add another convenient wireless charging spot.

Who said wireless charging had to be expensive? If you search, one can easily find great deals and general prices on wireless charging mats, stands, etc.

And the more ubiquitous it becomes the cheaper the accessories can get. And the more convenient it'll be as wireless charging slowly becomes the standard.

Glad somebody's pushing the technology forward.

Wireless charging should be built into everything! Tables. Even if it's an accessory to add to a table. When wireless charging gets good enough to be WiFi-like, it'll be great. We're slowly getting there.

It is a useful and phenomenal convenience.

Go Sammy.
Agreed.

I want to see Steve Jobs' dreams of free Wi-Fi for everyone and everywhere to come true. And I believe it will thanks to heavily mobile-ad reliant Google and Facebook leading the way. Maybe in the 2020's, that will start becoming a reality of free internet everywhere. In video game consoles, the next gen will also ending up as streaming boxes as PS4 and Xbone will like be the final offline devices to play games.

I don't see much innovation with the current smartphone form. Even if we get foldable tablets, it will NOT change the industry that much similar to how I feel about virtual reality being more of a fad like Kinect for video games. But many innovations will come from the accessories. Charging accessories would be fantastic everywhere if free Wi-Fi always connected to the net may eventually be everywhere too.
