Yep, they are factory unlocked. You will have to edit the APNs for data to work, but voice should work without modifications.

i have att. do you know where i can find the right apns. I was thinking of just flipping the note i got , but maybe ill try it out if i can use it on att. Would have to cover that awful verizon logo on the back though. That thing is hideous
