Seems OK to me - the price is not too high. Also, the cost of not upgrading should be considered. In any case, ML is an incremental but noticeable improvement that caused only one minor glitch for me on two machines and only required 1 app to be updated (Parallels 7).

App Store Closed for Cleaning

I'd love to be able to respond to this thread, but I can't even get the App Store to allow me to purchase and download ML. I think Apple is hoping to take over GM and move their headquarters to Detroit.:(

Not for me. I will need to replace office 2004 with Office 2011 and that will cost me $200 as I need the version with Outlook. I also would need to replace Quicken 2006 with iBank.

You can run both Office 2008 and Office 2011 under Mountain Lion.

Right now Office 2008 H&S (does not contain Exchange support) is very reasonable. If you do need Exchange support you'll need Home & Business. (prices can vary)

Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac Home & Student Edition $36.90

Office Mac 2011 Home and Business 2011 - 1PC/1User $138.10
