Just setup the 'automatically add to iTunes' folder on the NAS drive...
How would I know if I have a NAS drive and how would I set it up?

I'm already doing what 1/2 of you are suggesting. Copy to folder is turned off because I don't need to duplicate TBs of blu-ray videos.

I currently convert my 720p blu-ray mkv's to m4v so I don't have to deal with jailbreaking updates etc. I update my m4v video collection daily since conversions are done daily.

I drag files from my TB HDs which are wirelessly connected via AEBS into the iTunes movie folder on the side bar. I even create movie playlists because I have many TV series with 25 episodes etc. aTV2 sees the playlists and it's great.

I was just hoping that there was a way to get iTunes to auto read a folder called "720p Movies" so that it would self update when new files were added to that folder without having to add those files again to the iTunes side bar movie folder.

Create an alias of this '720p Movies' and drop that alias into the iTunes 'Automatically Add to iTunes' folder. It should happen from there when you add movies into the actual folder.

I dont do this myself, but it should work.
