@gpzjock is right! Building a Hackintosh is complicated next to buying a Mac. Ive build one for my brother in law.

I build it in a (self) modified G5 case.
I had had much fun building it, but the research part is very important.
We all know you don't carry a Mac Pro around but thats logical with a 20kg machine.... This Hackintosh only weighs a lousy 4kg.
The specs aren't that great but for him it was more then enough.

i3 4370 (1,5Gb Vram)
8Gb Ram
120Gb SSD
Wifi N + BTL 4.0
The fans are noise blockers (really quiet)

TBH building a straight PC from parts is a pain in the rear, compared with going to the Apple store and handing over the credit card. (finances allowing)

Research is very much key, expect to spend every waking moment for 2 to 4 weeks endlessly comparing this with that, and watching your budget go out of the window.
Yes, PC's and H***intoshes can be cheap, but if you aren't careful they can be surprisingly expensive!!!
