I am noticing the same thing although I did not use CoconutBattery to discover it. Sometimes it would stop charging when it reached 94% capacity and now it never reaches 100% even after leaving it to charge overnight.

Should I be concerned?

Hmmmm...I don't what's normal or not, but my MacBook battery has 140 charge cycles over the past 6 months and was still at 99 percent after last week's calibration. I generally don't use the battery, but today I did and got 5 hours of reading pdf's in Preview with Mail and Firefox open (screen brightness was at about 60 percent). That's more than I'd expect.
