Has anyone found a carrier changer that works on iPhone 5S?
I've tried installing Carrier Pigeon it doesn't show up in settings
I've tried FakeCarrier, it downloads but doesn't change carrier name

I got it to work by reinstalling MS and doing a hard reset.

Actually preference loader is the package which allows individual setting panes to be added to the stock settings app, not mobile substrate.

Just open cydia, search mobile substrate, and then tap on Change Package Settings. In there, enable this feature. Then when it is updated the package will show up on the Changes tab as if it were a new package to cydia. Also, i highly recommend you go to the Sections tab and disable all the "Themes" related toggles so whenever you are on the Changes tab, you will ONLY see the useful stuff since 99% of all the new stuff is absurd, garbage-looking "Themes". If you are a themer, don't worry, you can still search and install any theme related package you want.
Personally, I ALWAYS turn off all the theme stuff in the Sections tab. This way, I can clearly see when cool, new stuff is added to cydia. Plus I ALWAYS use the "Change Package Settings" feature in cydia to be notified when a package is updated. This way I don't have to worry about being in the loop. Right now I prolly have about 20 tweaks/utilities turned on so as soon as they are updated they will show up in the Changes tab along with anything new. And since I disabled all the themes in the Sections tab, I will see when every single one of my anticipated packages is finally updated!
These are two heavily slept on cydia features. If you want to use and have questions just let me know.

So far these also work. Just tried them last nite on XCOM, made 90 credits jump to 99999 credits! But XCOM will only work with GAMEPLAYER. Tried Both on BATTLEHEART and they both worked on that as well. I do have the regular iFile working too, but it won't register yet. Musicbox is working perfectly, so I will confirm the earlier post on that. I'll keep trying and post as I go on.

I installed MyWi, could only get it to tether through USB, bluetooth and wifi was not working. No status indicator either, but I am happy I can tether my laptop which is the main reason I bought it anyway.

. It's easy for cydia features to get lost in all the tweaks talk. Just like the new wipe to go back in cydia. It's a stock iOS 7 feature and Saurik added it to cydia 1.1.9.

I don't know, yet the description states it is only for 7.X yet I have to imagine it requires Mobile Substrate (I already had it by downloading 2X2 Folders tweak.
