Music.app autoplay - any way to disable?

I HATE the autoplay function in the Music app. Don't remember when it first appeared, but it has a tendency to just fill up with stuff I never wanted to play that I then have to manually go clear out. Is there any way to just disable it completely??? (Yes, I know that it is red in this screenshot, but even when it is not, it still will just fill up with various stuff.
