I want an iPad Pro with a foldable screen where it’s thin enough that when folded I can put it in a jacket pocket, but then unfold it and it will still have a 10+ inch screen

I would have to agree! That would be my dream iPad... I love my 10.5” iPad Pro but it would be so much easier to manage when out and about if it folded! I bet Apple will do it one day too... that seems like it might be the direction things are heading in but we’ll have to wait and see. I’d definitely buy one though!

There are advantages to be sure, but I think its a mistake for apple to embrace a propretary port, when USB-C has many advantages.

The did create Lightning long before USB-C came around. So I guess the question now is: should they switch? A lot of complaints last time they changed the iOS port.

I’m personally in favour of the switch, but I’m 99.9% sure Apple won’t do it because they’re addicted to a locked-down iOS platform whose IO they control and licensing the MFI chipset.
