iPod my friend's ipod was stolen from me

our school's policy states that we're not supposed to bring expensive things to our school though.
so wouldn't he be at fault for breaking school policy?

Man... it's an iPod. Morals aside, who wants to pay the legal costs of a suite over something this small?

i can't believe that court would have anything at all to do with something like this... its a bloody iPod... no one has lost a limb, or had their house burned down. Just seems silly to me?

What bothers me the most is you say you're 17, and in debt. How can you be that young and be in debt? Get a nice job where you can stand it, and get to the point where you can work 40 hours in the summer, then you won't be jobless, in debt, and broke. If you are in debt you need a job now.
