Btw, not sure if Intel Power Gadget will work for a Xeon Processor.
You should be able to get the same info in user-unfriendly text form, by using this command in terminal (after starting the "yes" processes):

sudo powermetrics --samplers cpu_power

What you are looking for is CPU frequency about 100% (or more) of nominal when all cores are fully loaded.

I find mine collects mucho dust in the slots an the bottom front. Get a flashlite and a small mirror and take a look. I vaccum mine out several times a year after seeing how much I had accumulated in my first year, 2018. I have a plastic hose adaptor from a ceramic disk heater that fits on the vaccum hose and necks down to about 1/2 ". For stubborn spots I bend a pipe cleaner into a U shape to loosen 'em up. There is a grid pattern inside there help trap dust or just prevent anything big from getting into there.

I should check mine. Hmm... The 2019 iMac I scrapped recently had very little dust in it, but it was in the kitchen for its last few years. *shrug*

Yes, i just checked my 2020 iMac yesterday, after being reminded by this thread: after 15 months the grid looked almost blocked by dust. A minute with the vacuum cleaner cleaned it right up. If you leave it too long, the dust kind of congeals with greasy fumes and is harder to remove.

Memories: I was sub contracting with a local small computer reseller, and they had a client that spray painted doors and their clear coat was coating everything in their office. Their computers were fuzzy inside, and that fuzz was firmly adhered to their systems. Several started dying. They couldn't figure it out. DOH! They blamed the reseller for selling them junk, which wasn't wrong, but what would survive in that environment. I'm surprised their employees survived that environment.
