That's not enough to necessitate any kind of exchange for a refurb. You're just gonna have to deal with it and if the problem progresses, then take it down to the Genius Bar.
That is the buity of an apple product, they stand behind it 100%. Just live with it until you can't live with it anymore and take it in, if it's within your first year of ownership they will replace it. However I do recommend waiting until it has become relatively bad. Since you know that apple is not going anywhere you can relish in the thought of your new iPad at whim. Rather than panicking because you see a minor flaw now. that's how I do it and that is the 1 major advantage that apple has, no other company will do that to the same level.
Oh and I'm not a fanboy, I'm thinking that I would rather have a 4+ inch screen 2.2 android than my cool new i4
