It's no all peaches and cream for others too. When I was getting my MBP repaired there was some lady in there that was getting the folder with a "?" in it when ever she booted it. Another guy was apparently fed up and yell at the sales guy in the the back "I don't know whether I bought an Apple or a Lemon!!" Like your sales guy he didn't look to impressed either, but I suppose the customer was thinking don't worry pal, I'm not very impressed with this laptop.
Some customers (I've noticed) don't give 2 diddlies about hurt feelings or whatever, they spent hard earned money on something that has turned out to be a nightmare and they're gonna darn well let the salesman know it.
