Sounds like you got a nice manager who was willing to return your macbook, as you would be paying the return fee and buying a new one.

If you have this so called knowledge of a law that says that they have to allow you to return a used computer after their return policy, I would love to hear what it is.

There is no knowledge of the law involved here just common sense.
My lawyer told me to go and I went.
Nicer manager does not mean he will do something illegal. This is so simple.
He taking care of my case proved my point as companies do not take losses like that without any real reasons behind it.

Besides it looks like you didn't actually read all replies as i never wrote that there is a law that they have to return it.

Unless I was extremely lucky which I can't find a reason why lol
