How do you make this work?

I just installed it. Went into one note on the iPad and hit upgrade. It prompted asking if I wanted to purchase the upgrade, I clicked yes. Then told me I had upgraded and then brought up an apple Id login. I cancelled that, and checked the app and it was upgraded.

How about if you don't have an app yet?
 
I have 110 Cydia packs running on iPhone 5 with no speed issues.

Will be your iPhone "frozen" or no longer working? If so, let's look and see precisely why. Does it should be recharged? You may charge the iPhone which has a high-powered USB vent, not on a decreased powered one. If you utilize your PC for you to charge your iPhone 3gs, be sure that your particular USB port is often a high-powered port.
