iPod Nano form factor: 3rd gen vs 4th gen

3G for me

I have the 3G and really like it. I am a runner and I like the shorter length of it for my armband. I use the Arm Bandit from Grabit Products that has a storage tube on the bottom of it. I think if my IPOD was longer like the 4G, it might be too long for my upper arm.

I prefer the 3G nano, too. I cite two reasons:

1) I can easily put it in my pocket even with the big Speck Toughskin case around it.

2) It doesn't have the accelerometer feature of the 4G model that seems to not work well at times.
