I'm very sorry and I feel your pain. I work in government and feel bad for the infrastructure team. I sometimes bring them cookies with a smile, once, the team lead say that is the first time someone has smiled at them all week.

I feel sorry for the IT support guys because fundamentally, the better, more effective they are, the less people know they are there.

Skipping over the topic - I saw your AVS spread and I admit my envy. A very classy theater room!

Thank you, small incremental improvements helped make the HT a reality. Costs also spread out over multiple years eased that pain ( I'm a dad with 3 kids, so balancing priorities). Lots of resources at AVS , good members there. Now, my 14 year old has done sleepovers in it with her friends, so memories for them also.
