Correct, I meant to put in the install instructions to connect your phone to a power source. That will also work.
I'll update that. And you aren't the only one who has asked for install text. I should have done that as well, but now I'm at work on the Cydia app and I've only just picked up the iPhone SDK 3 days ago. It's a steep learning curve!
If any developers can help me out I would appreciate it.
I especially need help either running dev teams inject from an app or injecting the keys using the SQLite library.

Problem. sending txt messages show up as if from a different phone number. I emailed the author.
Edit: this only is happening with one person, my nephew who I txt all the time, so it is strange. Others are correct. He is on AT&T with a 3Gs. So for now I will assume it is him and nothing to do with the hack. I emailed Relik with the phone number that is showing to make sure it is not his or a number used to make the key.
Edit: SOLVED, my error, I was txting him from an old txt message thread from my phone that happened to be from Google Voice. GV makes new phone numbers for each contact I txt. Once I started a new thread all was fine.

Final review: I have been using it for 3 days and so far, so good. I get AIM messages, got my first AP News alert this morning and Sportacular sends me MLB alerts for every run scored.
Most important, I do not get AIM messages from people I do not know, like the previous fix.

Hey, is this working on 3.1.2? And is it possible to use the certificate from my iPod Touch for my iPhone?
It should work on 3.1.2, but I haven't tried myself yet. As far as copying from an iPod touch, you need to find the REAL dev team fix, which has nimble, inject, and a readme.
You will also need to restore your iPod touch when you are done if you want it to use push notifications on it as well as the iPhone you copied the certs to.
