Thankyou all for kind replies. How about audio quality? Let's say you compare a neutral APP (ANC/transparency off) to PBP? Which do you think has a better sound,or is it a negligible? And which has a better passive noise isolation?

Yep the big case is definitely also a turnoff for me, but with the earhook and sporty design, I seriously consider one.
I'm glad to read the Powerbeats Pro are in the running, so to speak!

• The neutral sound is quite comparable. Rtings.com rates both as 7.3.
• APPs have better passive isolation. This is a strength of the PBPs, actually, for use in sports/ outdoor activities. They allow enough environmental sound in so the wearer is safely aware of the surroundings (traffic, game noise) while still allowing listening pleasure through the buds.
In home, the APPs are better for critical listening.

I'll try to insert a link to Rtings.com comparison:

Powerbeats Pro vs Apple AirPods Pro

I really wish Beats/Apple (or a trusted 3rd party) would come up with a slimmed down, Qi compatible day case. It need only provide one additional charge.

Hope this is of some help to you.

Kind regards,
KM
