Need help with 2009 Mac Pro, time machine, OS, possibly GPU

When someone starts running the new OS with a similar setup (the 7950) please let me know how text boxes and certain websites (funimation.com) run in safari please :D
 
I can confirm that's graphic card related, because when I swap my stock 4870 back in, everything works without any problem.

Now I am running 10.10.5 (14F6a) and Safari 9 beta (10601.1.39.0.2). The text bosses issue is gone.

Funimation.com works much better, still have half to 1 second lag (when loading or using smart zoom), but at least it won't hang for something like 30s.

So, it seems the situation is improving. And hopefully it will fix eventually.

Thank-you so much for the update!

I figured it was GPU issue I'm just surprised it has taken this long to fix it. I know there are not many users of this GPU but I was hoping it would be an easy fix and isn't an issue with the GPU itself.


Please keep me up to date on this if you don't mind, it's really appreciated. Hopefully it's fully gone by 10.11. Sucks I haven't been able to use any of the new features this entire time because of this issue.
