Currently there is an alternative in the App Store: Delta - Game Emulator (including NES, SNES and N64). I do want to note that Delta is not available in EU via App Store.

It is available in the EU through the new alternative app store that just launched there - I believe it's simply called AltStore.

Sadly it does not work for iPads Pro since Alt Store Pal is only for IOS………. At least for now it is.

just log out of app store. google delta ios. click on the link thats the app store (UK or US) link. create new account. download. log out of that account and back into your own.

I think they will make it iPadOS suitable soon as well since EU also indicated on 29 April 2024 that the rules should also apply to iPad as well now. For now use a US account to download from App Store and it also works on iPad although not yet build for it (it is in the works as I've read on Threads by the developers).
