Network bugs on both Sequoia and IOS 18

After updating both iv been experiencing slight issues where on Sequoia when I watch live streams or even anything else all of a sudden everything just stops playing for seconds at a time then they all start playing again.

I have an app that tells me my network input and output in mbps and I can see where it cuts out then comes back.

I have the private wifi address set to fixed if that can make a difference.

On iOS, on my old 14 plus and now my 16pm, I noticed while playing music videos from YouTube on 4G every 15 seconds or so the music/sound stops for a split second then comes back. (Im in the uk just fyi) Quiting the app seems to help but when I play another video it can happen again.

Double check that it is Fixed or Off. I prefer Off whilst on my home network.
Does your IP address change after each pause?

Its just happened again, I had 4 windows open with live streams going and a website and they all stoped playing and reloaded.

wifi address and ip address is the same.

I am beginning to think that my worries about Wi-Fi MAC address are unfounded. 🙁
