You can have just three icons in the dock without it being jailbroken. Duh?

yep, you can still move 1 icon off the dock as you would any other icon...

ya its too small for me to see it...maybe post it as the stock reso of the screenshot?

+1 ^^^ I can use Fake Carrier on my Jailbroke 3GS iPhone and put anything I want in the Carrier space. Looks Jailbroke.....

Isn't this info supplied by the cell tower the phone is connected to? Maybe someone f'd up the cell tower info.

No I am not jailbroken, and yes like everyone has said you can only have 3 icons on the dock.

After careful review, I can say this looks legit. Although, like people have said, its not that hard to jailbreak, change the carrier logo and hide the jailbreak.

I assure everyone I am not jailbroken. I did the carrier file update for MMS yesterday and this happened when i woke up... just thought it was weird.

Very. Go to Settings>About and post a screenshot. It'll show carrier there as well.

this is not only on the iphone i have gotten that exact thing on my blackjack2 and my blackberry but i have never seen it on any iphone until now

I'd jailbreak my iPhone just to get rid of that. The text now looks good. AT&T looks ugly in that font and size, needs to be smaller.

And at any rate, it's even easier to just Photoshop it.

I think it's real for the simple reason that if he was faking something he'd have come up with something more interesting!
