Is there a setup menu for biteSMS? I can't seem to find it on 8.0.4...

NM... was looking for a button.

How do you see the conversation in quick reply? You used to be able in 7.5 when used with ios 6.

When I try to install biteSMS 8.0.4 beta, it's icon replaces default messages icon and that's it. When I open it, it's still the same old messages app. I am on iphone 4, 7.0.4. Strange isn't it?

What is it that your missing? It the same app except there is a settings link in the search bar.

Huh. Now that my trial license is over, it tells me every time I open the app that my license is invalid.

The old pull down method is still working for me.

Yes, but it only uses iMessage.

So you can't hook up your iPhone's bitesms to iPad's bitesms and use their servers so when you want to text it actually texts from your iphone's carrier? Am I dreaming? :)

No, and you can only use 1 license per device. I tried to use my license I bought last year with both my iPad and iPhone and it doesn't allow it... Just thought you should know if you try :)

Anybody on a 5S/Ipad Air get Bite SMS to work for them yet? It just crashes as soon as i touch the icon.

What exactly is the BFD with BiteSMS? I don't get it.

For me, it's the Quick Reply and Quick Compose features along with delayed sending and scheduled messages. I also love the status bar icon "number of unread messages" indicator.

There's another tweak called "Messages" I think which is a great looking QC/QR tweak for the messages app. It looks exactly the same as the stock messages app. I'd prolly use that if I didn't buy bitesms so many years ago. Plus the additional features I listed above for bite are a great bonus.

There's a free version of bite. It's exactly the same as the paid version. Check it out for yourself. Can't beat QC/QR.

Installs on my 5s but does not appear anywhere.

It's not updated for the 64 bit a7 chip. They hope to have a beta sometime mid next week for the 5s but no specific date given. Well just have to wait and see. Either way, a beta should be available soon for us.

I heard on the BiteSMS forums that you need to restore BiteSMS...

If by restore you mean reinstall / delete + install, I tried that and it didn't work. :\ Still telling me invalid license every time I open it. I'm cool with the ads, but that's just annoying.
