how do these 3.0 compare vs the 2.0?
i've heard they're less durable since they're softer?
would really like to know if i should continue ordering 2.0 or try the new truegrips 3.0
I'm wondering about this as well. They aren't sing a very good job of explaining it on their site

I have these as well, ordered at the same time as the equivalent 2.0 for my Beats Fit Pro. I've used Comply tips with other earbuds in the past, and always stopped using them after a while - the foam for some reason just didn't stay pliable and would stop staying in my ears. I quickly stopped using the Beats Fit Pro versions for the same reason - though really the silicone tips for the BFP work really well for me, so I'm ok with that.

But the 3.0 tips for the AirPods Pro 2 are fantastic - in fact they make the APP usable for me for anything but sitting still. Once I begin moving around, the AirPods would always start falling out - none of the standard silicon tips work well for me. These Comply tips are great and now I'll use the APP for working around the yard, etc., which I just couldn't do before.

There is an updated version of the TrueGrip Foam tips. The True Grip Max

I could never get the regular Comply tips to last. They always get really gross and fall apart. I went back to the OG silicone tips and everything's right as rain. Nothing against the product, per se. Could just be my disgusting ears (ears are gross).

These new ones can be cleaned. Yes, they do fall apart after a while, but they last a long time for me. My AirPods are not my primary earphones; I use the Shure SE-535s and the FiiO FA7H with a FiiO BTR17. On those earphones, the Comply's last a couple of months.
