I downgraded from 200 to 50 and it still shows I have 200. I'm guessing it will stay that way until next month when my plan renews. In writing above the new size it says to make a selection prior to my next billing cycle so I think my case is normal but thought I would mention here what I was seeing too.

Took 24 hours, but I'm now showing 50GBs everywhere in iOS.

FYI: I was on the $.99 20GB plan. So it updated to 50GBs without any input from me. I'm now on the $.99 50GB plan.

Give it time, it will update. Confirm you are showing the 50GB plan just iCloud still shows you only having 20GBs actual?
Yep. It says that i'm on the 50GB plan but it shows 20GB total storage

^That's what's happening here as well. I suppose it will update once it updates, good thing I still have some empty space in iCloud.

I set up my iPhone and iPad as new devices with iOS 9 and cleaned my iCloud Drive so I have a lot of free space now but with time it will fill up again so 50GB will be a nice upgrade from 20GB.
