Waiting on delivery of a refurbished 5th gen 12.9” iPad Pro with 256GB. Currently have a 7 year old 9.7” Pro that I use to monitor web layouts during dev and for music production (mostly as a control surface). I also have an M1 16”, 14”, Mini, and iPhone 13 Pro. Will the 12.9” become my daily driver? Nope, but I certainly will find several uses for it. 👍🏼

I found a deal on new Logitech combo touch keyboard case for less than half the price of Apple’s Magic Keyboard. Hopefully it works well.

My main devices: 27" iMac (2017), iPad mini (gen 2 w/16GB), 12.9" iPad Pro with an old AA battery Apple Bluetooth keyboard in the bag. iMac is basic work device. iPad mini is for watching Netflix at gym and books. iPP is for note-taking with pencil and primary travel device. I use all of them in different ways and use them all regularly. Only wish a light version of Xcode existed for the iPP. (IMO, Playgrounds does not quite cut it.)
BUT, if I used a laptop, not sure about the need for the iPP; but I would still want a light iPad as a note and consumption device. The weight factor of carrying two devices would be an issue.

I would just keep it and enjoy it for a long time to come, it is a terrific device, I also question whether I need everything the Pro has to offer but then that laminated screen and that awesome screen refresh rate hits me and I am glad I got it.
