Seems fake to me. Why is it that only numbers, “smart connector”, and “Type-C” had to be “translated” into English? What about SIM card tray, for example? Also, different aspect ratios?

Because "Smart Connector" and "USB-C" don't have Chinese translations. It would be like trying to translate "iPhone" into Chinese.

Besides, this is a render from a case manufacturer.

But there just happens to be a Chinese character, which means “SIM Card Slot”?

EDIT: How about “Aspect Ratio”?

On the right side of the graphic, the text says "there is a button here that can be pushed and pulled, don't know the purpose."

On the top of the graphic, it says "12.9" screen, proportional ratio 4:3." On the top left, it says only the 13" models appear to have those specific antenna lines. The author is uncertain about the 11" model due to unclear info from factory workers.
