It's obvious you'll just be able to drag in different widgets to where you want, delete ones you don't use, and hopefully also change the 4 "main" ones on the bottom to the 4 you most use (I'd swap Mail for SMS, for example)...

I always thought it was a hardware button as well....what makes you think otherwise?
I wonder this as well. I haven't seen any other reports of it being anything but a simple, plastic button.

This just in: all shiny surfaces smudge when you touch them. Perhaps they should've built the iPhone screen out of gravel or balsa wood or some such smudge-proof material.
Rather big difference between a car and a phone ... Tell me, what's the last phone people were flipping out just to get a glimpse of it.
ive got a feeling that all the widgets apple ships with macs will be available for iphone immediatley.
they promised the screen wouldnt smudge. many screens have coatings to prevent smudes. SMart A$$!
I'd like to hear where and when exactly that promise was made. I'd also like to see a smudge-free touch screen. Do you have any links, names, anything like that?
