exactly. I am not going to walk around, throw around, trash up my nice cans or anything i have spent a lot of money on.

But snaps, i am not going to walk around listening to terrible sounding music! Which is why this is a perfect compromise. Cheap, (well. cheaper. I will still be dang careful with them) and "should" sound great for their price.

We will see though.

Edit: P.s. in the heat of trying to calm down everyone's pessimistic attitude, i forgot one of best features i am looking forward to! THE REMOTE. That will be so nice... no more feeling through my pocket to change the song, or heaven forbid trying to change the volume like that... haha. It doesn't have a cheap "wheel" to change the volume, those always break. It will be nice to pause, advance, return, and change the volume.

Definitely agree. If they sound good at that price, we all win.

I'm looking forward to these, even if they don't sound as good as a $50 IEM, I love that slim line integrated remote, these will be a great cheap set of cans for working out.

Does anyone know when they come out? Jobs said October, but it's already Halloween today...

Yeah, I've been waiting to pick these up. Well, after the first reviews come out.

I own the Shure SE530 and the Etymotic ER4P's, but I'd rather purchase a cheaper set to use on-the-go. I hope they have more bass than the ER6i's... I didn't really like those.
