New Mac Pro this May?

For gods sake man, use one of the other billion threads.

They all come to the same conclusion: Nobody knows!
 
Apple is not releasing the 2013 MP until 1,000,000,000 posts about the MP are written. Currently there are approximately 954,283,578. We are almost there, keep them coming:D!

I wish I could embed a mac pro comment ticker as a signature. that would be awesome.
 
Maybe Apple will drop the name Mac and call it the iPro. We're all going to the cloud. Right?
 
WWDC is June 10th.

Will Apple mention the new Mac Pro at WWDC, and give us an approximate release date ?

I have no clue, and kind of doubt it. But we shall see .. June 10th is not too far away.

It is true that no one here really knows the answer to your question. We all want to know that answer as well....

Yep, me too.
The discussions are fun.

50-50 chance of it (ever) coming. Over here in the EU the "latest" model cannot be bought for a few months now.

If Apple keep quiet @ the WWDC, only more of these threads will pop-up.

Not unless they are pre-announcing it with a ship date around August - September.

They usually don't do that, but I could see an exception for the Mac Pro, especially since the current model is actually off the market in Europe.
 
If it is coming in May they only have today (the last Tuesday) left. It is a bit late to announce any sort of a press event though. A May prediction is a WTF, why not do it at WWDC and get more press instead? Although I am in the 'say something is coming at WWDC but actually release it later in the year' camp. I would LOVE to see a few of these babies now though. Even though I do not plan to buy until the fall it gives me time to watch other people find things out about it and get whatever things I need (like a new monitor) / prep the space for it.

I think its likely to be announced at WWDC along with the new ACD. But like everybody else on here I'm just guessing!

The fact that you can't buy the old one in Europe means it must be coming out sooner rather than latter IMHO.
 
I wouldn't bet the farm on a new mac pro. At least what everyone is thinking a mac pro will be. Apple's version of a new mac pro will shock everyone.
