Boot camp allows you to run windows, it doesn't depend on Apple drivers. Windows 10 has native support for TB3, it's not Apple proprietary. Folks are already using eGPU enclosures over TB2 in bootcamp on older macbooks.
Got a link to prove that? Also of course that means messing about switching between OS's all the time rather then just using one.

In terms of GPU, I don't know yet, but I will research which is better. In terms of CPU, the Razer Blade Stealth is significantly better
