Scottsdale: Any chance you could go to the next Shareholder's Meeting? Even if you don't get to ask a question, you could still hand out paper copies of your question (and a little background explaining, filling out the lower half of the page) to any reporters you meet... maybe snag an interview in front of the building...

I don't understand if this is yet another criticism of my posts? Please inform if this is a negative or a positive comment so I know how to appropriately respond, LOL. Fortunately it wasn't as direct as calling me stupid or telling me business isn't my forte.

I often see short jabs at my posts as criticisms but I rarely see anyone bring strong cases back in debate. I would love to have a healthy debate if people could leave personal jabs and attacks out of these debates. I don't understand why people have to make disgusting comments calling people stupid, or telling them they don't know crap or "business is not their forte" or whatever else it might be. Some people take criticism of Apple or SJ as a personal attack. Others take a debate and make it personal. I might criticize SJ or Apple, but I rarely ever make a personal jab... even when others do it to me time and time again.

I just don't understand why people have to be that way??? It is sad.

Anyways, if your comment was not negative, thank you. If it was, nevermind.

LOL

I really mean the question exacly as it is. No hidden snark. You do communicate to one (specialised) audience here, but if you could get some press interest at a Shareholder Meeting, that's a BIGGER and more general audience. A deftly asked short question
"The MacBook Air is such a great computer in a lot of ways. Is Apple going to keep advancing it, or have you lost interest?" ... and you could maybe give them a real nudge. Or at least get an answer to the overall "almost EOL? question.
