2MB of extra L2 cache is nothing to sneeze at, and results in a processor that is several hundred more expensive than the one you keep citing in your "comparable" Dell.

It's not that hard to make COMMENSURATE comparisons (or at least account for significant differences, which you prefer to elide). Clearly, you're not the sharpest tack in the box...:D

Dear Fanboy, add $50 for the 2,2 GHz version and there goes your significant difference. Add $100 for 2,33 GHz, 4MB Cache, and 1333 FSB (twice the Mini's)......

But probably I am the fanboy and you are sharper. After all, all the specs you bring up are really significant.

Listen, you can call someone a "fanboy" for pointing out the obvious: YOU SHOULD COMPARE COMENSURATELY BUILT machines; but, you'll just come off as dolt with limited reading comprehension.

At least I know how to spell it, and I'm no native English speaker.

When your logic doesn't hold any water, point out a typo (ignoring the multiple times it was spelled correctly in my posts).

Well done.

Dear Mr. Dictionary, was it me who couldn't resist acting like a teacher in the 1st place?

You can cry COMMENSURATE!, COMMENSURATE!, COMMENSURATE! the whole day long. Your narrow minded understanding of this word doesn't interest me. If you get more performance, same cache, twice the FSB at a very similar power envelope for only $100 more I don't care about your Newegg whinings about hundres of bucks difference. Read the webster again, does it the definition somewhere include the word "identical"?

I've already said its Apple's way of marketing to do everything to avoid direct comparison to other commodity hardware. That's the whole point of this thread.

I thought the point was that new minis and MacBooks where delayed due to driver issues and not supporting X3100 drivers in 2 OSs?

Haha, I almost forgot that, yes! It started as that, but the discussion of one single sentence took over and ate up at least 70% of the thread - so the "point" should be the initial topic, not what I've just said.

Actually, it was. Perhaps you should re-read posts #1 and #6 of this thread. You also failed to grasp when your argument was clearly refuted. Whether this is because of your understanding of English, computers, or simply a limited intellect, I can't say :p

As we seem to have left the ground of facts and descended to such level, I can't resist uttering: I think you have got a small penis! :D
