Can't seem to find it which is too bad because I use my widgets far more than the Today screen, now it costs an extra swipe to get there and that's a bad apple.

I'd like to set pull-down to widget screen as well.
Seems like a small thing but frustrating to have to change it every time.

I don't see a way - seems they want you to swipe from left to get to widgets and from top to get notifications. Would be cool to reverse them but I'll probably adapt.

That's actually not too bad, although have to be on the first display/screen for it to work. Thanks.

When you first pull down it shows Notifications first and not widgets. Anyway to change it back see widgets first?? Thank you
The behavior was changed in iOS 10 to where it doesn't remember where you were last and just goes to notifications by default. Not sure if this is by design or due to a bug, but short of Apple chasing it in some update (or perhaps some jailbreak tweak that might do it, if/when there might be a jailbreak that would come out) there's not that much that could be done.

Seems like the sort of thing that would have an option, that's too bad.

I want this changed back too. Especially with Control Center adopting the previous behavior.

I noticed that inconsistency, too - Control Center remembers which screen! Why one but not the other?

Where can I sort the notifications? In iOS 9 it was grouped by app, now it's by day and driving me crazy. And according to a tutorial there was an option in the settings -> notifications. But that setting does not exist in iOS10.

You can't. You could try reporting this to Apple if you want it back.

When in homescreen, left are the widgets and swipe down to reveal notifications. When in app (any app) swipe down for the old behavior (both widgets and notifications)

It works that way from the home screen too.

Any way to categorize notifications by App instead of the garbled mess I get with recent?

I don't see the option anymore.

Oh God...WHY?!?

Lol. I prioritized my Apps and loved displaying stuff a certain way. Now it's super messy.

No clue. Not sure if it's some design decision (on purpose or not) or some bug. It's just one of a number of other previously exiting fairly straightforward and useful options that have been removed for some reason (or no reason).

I also noticed I had 5 mail items at most display, but now everything is there. Any way to edit that back?
