At least the specs are better than the Sony Vaio X, and in some aspects even better than the Vaio TT as this is using a CULV Core 2 Duo CPU rated at 1.9ghz, where as the fast TT out is using the same cpu clocked at 1.6ghz, which in some ways could make a difference.

When I first heard about the new Adamo, I really hated it. Seems to me Dell is just trying to win the thin game. The whole point of the Air is to create a fully-capable thin-light laptop. The current/old Adamo is fine, but even with that one it seems Dell's only purpose is to one-up Apple.
I thought the first Adamo had a nasty looking rear end, but apparently I didn't even know how far nasty could go.
This new Adamo has by far the ugliest looking backside I've ever seen, on any notebook. Those designers need to be put to pasture - that's terrible.

Ugly for sure. I guess there are people who'll use it, but I think it would scare the chicks away. MBA FTW!
