Wish Apple got back into fun and kid-friendly designs like the original iMacs and iPads. Imagine an Apple Watch that had a fun and creative design, made for kids.

How about a diver’s watch and from the old days, Timex?
Dive watches are rated water-resistant to a particular depth.

In the past watch manufacturers did sometimes advertise their watches as being waterproof - but they don’t anymore as any watch will leak at a deep enough depth.

In reality if a watch is rated to 50m of water resistance or deeper then it’s effectively waterproof for anything which you’re actually likely to do with it.

Of course, seals age and watches only retain their stated water resistance for as long as they are properly maintained.

Well, they do have Disney, Toy Story, Snoopy watchfaces. Aren't these "fun and kid-friendly designs"?

I have gone down a size which now works REALLY well
i’ve gone down 1 more size with each consecutive band i’ve bought. 4 in total. still stretch out to the point my watch glides up and down my wrist very freely.
only solution left is to get size 0 or 1 and deal with no blood circulation to my hand and by the time that stretches out it may be usable lol

came here to say this exact thing. love my Pride band so much, hate the fact that my Watch is almost dangling from my wrist (before yall ask yes I’m being a bit hyperbolic lol) at this point. if only it worked like wool and you could shrink it with hot/cold water…
i think if they redesign the new watches with magnetic attachments for the bands instead of the slide to lock one, it would help the braided solo loop a lot. since you can then magnetically detach it instead of stretching it out over your wrist

I just bought an Ultra 2 to replace my AW4! I like the sport loop I’ve been rocking for five years. Why are the Ultra bands $50 more expensive other than because Apple can?
bc Timmy likes his stimmy check

Because people are willing to pay it. You don't like it, you can get thousands of 3rd party bands for way less. Good ones, too.

wait…you might've just convinced me that the magnetic straps are a good idea😂😭 fffffffff*** I have not been enjoying seeing those headlines but you're SO RIGHT that it solves one of the most basic issues with one of the best bands they make
