I discovered this in the morning. Download the att mywireless app from the app store. Go into you features and switch to a different texting plan. Let that process and then go back and reselect your original plan. Next download the 5.1 carrier update and Observe the glory. I noticed my MMS working directly after all this! Minutes before, it wasn't working at all.

Good luck and let me know if this works for the mass population.

Yeah so who ya going to MMS...most of the rest of the iphones cant receive it.

Why do you have to be such a downer. Seriously, posts like yours are not needed, take your negativity elsewhere.

It's Apple tunnel vision ... just because you have an iPhone you think everyone has one, ergo ... essay long texts when the 256 character limit still exists on standard phones.

I think you went through about 4 steps that weren't needed.

I've been telling everyone to send me pics and videos to my yahoo for the past year on my iPhone....they're so used to that doubt they want to change now

This was directed to the many who do want mms right away. You can switch to any iPhone texting plan (1500 to 200) and then switch back to the one you want (back to 1500)

If this was asked before, sorry. I did the carrier update and my mms works, but I am having issues with my wifi. Before I had no problems, but now I have to keep putting in my password for my wifi access, anyone else having this issue?
