Even if this information is accurate, the specs won't be finalized already. Apple has almost a full year to refine the specs. Honestly, they will start out on high-end changing the specs and the specs will probably be degraded once it is released (as we saw with no iPod Touch camera).

In the mean time, I just hope they make it an option to remove the landscape keyboard for SMS and Mail. So useless. It slows my 3G down a bit too, and will take on average 10-15 seconds to get back to normal. It gets in the way, more often than never. If people cannot use the regular portrait keyboard on mail and SMS, how will they navigate through other parts of the phone including maps, and adding a contact - which has no ability to to do a landscape keyboard? I think its aimed at getting new people to buy one anyway

I can def' see a significant (ish) design refresh as the iphone has been pretty much the same since it launched.
