I'm honestly surprised a one inch sensor hasn't become standard by now. Given the resurgence of smaller cameras thanks to content creators, maybe it will happen.

DJI added a one inch sensor to the Osmo Pocket 3 and they’ve sold boat-loads of it ever since.

Haha as a 16PM owner; if I see the next generation of phones get an upgraded Apple Intelligence, and the entire reason to buy the 16 was Apple Intelligence that never got released.. I am going to be pissed. I’ll probably just switch to Android and just be done with Apple all together.

After 13+ years of dealing with the mess called Siri, we should’ve known Apple wouldn’t be able to deliver with AI either. I don’t think Apple would’ve added extra RAM unless they had to and enhanced AI for 12GB equipped iPhones may be the reason or part of it.

Meanwhile, the AI features on my Galaxy are pretty damn good. I’ll get downvoted here or disliked. But it’s the truth. Pick up and try it. It’s amazing how behind the curve apple is. And this is coming from an iOS user since iPhone 4. Never have switched. Galaxy is just my work device.

My guess is they don't want to make the same mistake when they went from qualcomm to intel modems with the iphone 11. if I remember correctly, people had issues with those or an overall worse experience.

Oh it was horrible. I loved everything about my 11 Pro, and would still be rocking it but I live in an area with sketchy cell service. I was absolutely amazed when I upgraded how much better my cell service was. Even if it only showed 1 bar, I still had a fully functional, zippy phone. 1 bar on the 11 Pro? You can make phone calls, and texts without pictures. Even then, sometimes you'd have to send it as SMS because it couldn't see Apple's iMessage server.
