I don't think anyone can objectively say apple support is a negative. It's second to none, the reason others are trying with their own types of stores.

I agree that Apple support is top notch. I have a rMBP and iphones replaced for faulty hardware on the spot no questions asked. Great customer service.
But you know the whole "store" thing existed before apple opened one. They didn't invent it...it is good business sense.
No one is copying apple by opening up stores. The concept existed for centuries.......just sayin

They are emulating Apple stores, from the looks to the services they try to offer. As the trend with Apple they didn't invent the store, just how a store SHOULD be.

Typical Apple fanatic....anything the competitor does is.....copying or emulating apple in some way form or fashion. Even though the store concept has been around well...since people started selling things. Display products on a table hmmm....yeah that's new glad apple invented that! /s

Next silly claim is everyone is copying Apple with the white boxes but overlooking generic white boxes at grocery stores that have been around forever. The cool aid is too strong.

Once again I didn't say Apple invented the store. I said they made a store how it should be imo. The stores are clean, staff is friendly, services are second to none. AppleCare support is top notch, things others are emulating. It's that support that helps drive its success. I'm sure Apple has taken cues from others in designing their own stores but their overall package was unique, something others like the Microsoft store and Samsung experience kiosks try to also emulate. Calm down you're quick to the gun.

I think your haterade is too strong as usual. Read again. Lol you probably feel like Apple is not responsible for any advancement in our tech world based on your posts.

Oh because others are dirty and the people are rude.....these are very basic things all retailers strive for....just sayin

I agree that Apple customer service is awesome. I personally have had great CS everytime I have needed it.
But C'mon man.....emulating how products are displayed? Displaying products on a table? Offering other services?
You're joking right? You do know stores existed before there was ever a apple store right? Products were displayed on tables even! :)

Yeah I mean I guess I'm not the only one sayin this right? I mean in 2010 Microsoft hires away Blankenship and all a sudden the looks of the Microsoft store is similar to an Apple Store. Or how @tesla they basically said they're copying Apple.

Uh you'd be surprised how much ineffective customer support there is at many companies. Yet it's so important yet a lot of companies still don't realize it. It's not just about the products. Apple can provide support to all their products, from phones to tablets to desktops and laptops. Both hardware and software.

Again it's the highlighting of the products, the staff, and the post sale support that Apple offers that is a driving force to their success. They're not perfect, but what they do is what a store should do, and they're effective. It's not hard to see others emulate that. Again you're jumping the gun way too quickly. It's not just a "store", it's a business model that others emulate.

I get so tired of all the everyone copies Apple crap you always seems to write.
They ALL copy from each other. We consumers benefit from this.
Business Insider is your source of information?
What about when they write how Apple copies others?

No thats your opinion. Man calm down! It's ok if Apple copies others. We all win in the end. The world not going to end if you admit Apple copies and emulates others Like I mean the iPhone 6 with larger displays! Need I say more. They copied the leading smartphone OEMs and followed the industry. Look how that turned out for them.

So chillax a bit it's ok if Apple emulates others. I guess by your standards others just did it better. Apple just followed and emulated other leading OEMs huh? Even after saying 3.5 inch displays were the perfect size. Oh and let's not bring up tablets.

This thread had a post discussing whether Apple honors international warranty. Someone said they did, then another about how Samsung won't honor warranties on unlocked phones. I don't know if that's true or not, it doesn't matter. I said Apple support is top notch, where others try to emulate it. Now you're talking about displays and headphone jacks. Lol man you're going into the well it seems.

I've already said Apple has taken cues from others. This is the 3rd time now I believe in case you didn't read my previous posts. But I'll keep saying it if you want.
