Apps No challenges for awhile...

Hey all-

Sorry if this isn't the right forum, but in regards to the Activity app on the watch, I was surprised there was no Thanksgiving 2018 challenge, nor new "Ring in the New Year" one, etc. There was just an article on the front page (that I suddenly can't find) about Apple employees getting some special band for completing a Close-All-Your-Rings in a month challenge; that's the only new challenge I've heard of in awhile. Anyone know what gives about why they don't seem to be making special challenges lately?

I just completed a monthly January challenge to go 86 miles in activity this month....

Right, the monthly challenges are still there (I have to burn 39k calories, sigh); I was referring to the special ones that have their own distinct badges.

I think Apple has been holding off due to some of the complications they've been having with the challenge badges either being delayed a few days, or past badges disappearing completely. The problem seems to be somewhat fixed after a couple of days ago, so I am anticipating a badge in February, maybe a Valentines Day one?

Other than the problems with some not showing up and delays on others, no idea why they stopped.

I did the challenge special heart challenge badge for February even a couple days I had the flu and the day I had surgery but never got the badge! Guess they haven’t worked out all the kinks????
