Doesn't matter if you used a PC to install Windows or you installed it directly. The first time a Windows UEFI installed is booted in the Mac Pro, the Mac Pro firmware is damaged.
Then it was damaged before I got it since the person I got it from used it in the same way.

Read what I've written already:

"Macs are not PCs, if you are installing it via USB with a PC, you will damage your MacPro BootROM, making it a brick, with Windows SecureBoot. Just one boot with Windows UEFI installed (installed via USB) is enough to damage the BootROM and brick it over time.

It is even enough to start a Windows ESP, even on an empty disk (but the ESP). During tests I managed to sign the bootrom after copying the Windows ESP to an empty thumb drive.
