I second that “wtf”. Works for me only if I open Safari from App Lib but not from within a folder of apps.

Just figured it out.
FULL website screenshot option does not appear when I am on my VPN.
I turn off vpn and it appears first try on the same exact website.
I turn on vpn and the full website option disappears on screenshots.
!hah! I literally just registered an account on macrumors to tell the world! ...I am sure it is out there but I could not find this solution anywhere on any forums
I am using NordVpn

VPN on or off doesn’t seem to make a difference for me. Using free Proton VPN.

Only works if I launch Safari from App Library.

Every time Apple introduces something useful to me, it’s broken when I go to intentionally utilize it (or it’s badly designed). I’m so effing sick of bugs and poor QA.
