yeah but Spotlight suggestions is a different thing I think, those don't show up immediately it's once you type on the search bar it shows, Wikipedia, or Sports scores in results for example

if i type something. it just shows the stuff locally. for example i searched Sports. it showed me my wife's message and some emails.

so we are in the same situation, at least in the US it should get fixed eventually, in my country I'll probably won't get any of those features, it sucks!

Anyone else have the issue that tapping on a news item doesn't do anything and also just so people know if you have low power mode enabled nothing shows on the search page.

Mine does not work, all I can see are my contacts and apps but no news or nearby, the other thing it's bothering the most is the fact that Spotlight does not offer internet results on my searches only local, maybe thats because it's not available on my country but if that was the case I really don't understand why would they do that for such feature

I had EVERYTHING that Proactive had to offer yesterday, which was after a "clean" install of iOS 9 PB. I restored my iPad mini 2 and set up as new, made sure everything was fresh, then updated to 9 OTA. I grew tired of not having anything, so I put my iCloud backup from the night before on. Everything works exactly the same, no additional bugs or performance issues, but Proactive and Spotlight are completely blank now. You can search everything fine as usual, but again, no Proactive. Same thing on my iPhone 6, which was an "unclean" iOS 9 install. Just OTA from 8 to 9.
